John Wells was born and reared in the Richmond, Virginia area.  He started Wells Real Estate Services (WRES) in 2007 after the birth of his daughter, Amber Wells.  As President of WRES, John's qualifications include:   

• Master of Business Administration degree
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree
• 15 years of total experience in the Banking, Lending, and Title Insurance industries
• 7 years of experiece in the Title Insurance industry
• 5 years of residential and commercial Project Management experience
• 3 years of Mortgage closing and underwriting experience
